Enable Your XAMPP Server

- Restart your Windows Vista in safe mode
- Open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
- Type "127.0.0.1 yourcomputername/index.php"
- restart Windows in Normal Mode
- restart your server with ipv6 compatible
- register your ip address as alphabetic
- Serve your webpage instantly!

Notes : your windows services will disable or slow by default example indexing

An Installed Layered Service Provider (LSP) is malfunctioning

- Open Internet Explorer Browser
- Click the Remove the malfunctioning network component
- Restart Operating System
